Certifications

For Certification, a technology must have demonstrated confidence of continued effectiveness: i.e., it will perform as intended, conform to the seller’s specifications, and is safe for use as intended. In addition to the benefits provided under Designation, Certification allows Sellers of antiterrorism technologies to assert the Government Contractor Defense that immunizes Sellers from liability for claims arising from acts of terrorism. Technologies that receive Certification will be also placed on an Approved Products List for Homeland Security. Designation is a prerequisite for Certification.

The Technology is a unified security platform that is designed to manage and monitor electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and automated license plate reading. The Technology can be integrated with proprietary or third-party provided software and hardware components. The Technology also includes training, technical support, and software updates.


Dynamis, Inc.

Approved: October 24, 2017 | Expires: October 31, 2022

Dynamis, Inc. provides CoBRA® (the "Technology"). The Technology is an emergency planning, response, management, training, and exercise software package. The Technology also includes a one-year support package (i.e., support materials, technical support, and product updates) and optional user training.


Venuetize, LLC

Approved: September 26, 2017 | Expires: June 30, 2021

Venuetize, LLC provides Rapid Responder (the "Technology"). The Technology is a web-based software application that provides access to critical facility information enabling authorized first responders and managers to view pre-determined tactical response plans while responding to an emergency and assist in the coordination of an on-site response to emergency incidents. The Technology includes training and maintenance services.

The Boeing Company and Boeing Intelligence & Analytics Inc. provides TAC Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is a data and knowledge management system designed to improve situational awareness and decision making regarding the handling of potential terrorist attacks. The Technology also includes site support services such as: project management, analytic support, and training.


KBRwyle Technology Solutions, Inc

Approved: August 03, 2017 | Expires: July 31, 2021

KBRwyle Technology Solutions, LLC, and KBR, Inc. provide Cyber Security Services (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of a suite of consulting services intended to assess and improve a client’s cybersecurity posture and support cyber event analysis and incident management. Designation coverage extends to contracts provided to the Federal Government and in accordance with Federal Government contract specifications. Certification coverage extends to contracts provided to the U.S. Department of Defense (“DoD”) for DoD or other Federal agency customers.

International Business Machines ("IBM") provides Global Name Management (the "Technology"). The Technology is a software solution designed to improve the accuracy of name searching, transliteration and the quality of identity verification initiatives by providing ranked search results of names based on linguistic, phonetic, and specific cultural variation patterns. The Technology also includes several ancillary services such as installation, maintenance, and training. This Designation and Certification is specific to Federal government deployments.
