Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

The Technology also includes recruitment, selection, and training of qualified personnel who perform the above described services, as well as a quality control program.

Applied Engineering Management (AEM) Corporation

Applied Engineering Management Corporation provides the Program to Assist Risk and Resilience Examination Water Safety Tool. The Technology is a software application designed to assist facility operators in completing an all-hazards risk and resilience analysis of water sector critical infrastructure. The Technology also includes tools to guide the user such as a process diagram, integrated user guide, and features designed to reduce data entry errors.

AWWA

The American Water Work Association ("AWWA") provides its Standards Development Process (the "Technology"). The Technology is a process by a Standards Development Organization (accredited by the American National Standards Institute) of developing standards which set forth the minimum requirements of products and processes used in water supply and treatment to help provide safe drinking water and sanitation of a water supply. The individual standards and any implementation are not included.

Cincinnati Reds LLC

The Cincinnati Reds LLC, Baseball Park Management Company, and The Cincinnati Reds Community Fund d/b/a Reds Community Fund provide Great American Ball Park Security Program. The Technology is the security program for the Great American Ball Park including the policies and procedures for security and anti-terrorism measures, the physical and electronic security measures, engagement with public safety and community partners, and emergency response protocols.

Stadium Management Company, LLC (SMC), and PDB Sports, Ltd., d/b/a Denver Broncos Football Club, provides SMC Security Program for Empower Field at Mile High (the "Technology"). The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures, services and controls systems, and structural, physical, and technological security measures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism at Empower Field at Mile High.

Satellite Air-Land Motor Svc

Satellite Air-Land Motor Service, Inc., an Illinois corporation provide a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (the Technology). Certified Cargo Screening Facilities are secure facilities established in accordance with directives that the Transportation Security Administration issued for the screening and securing of cargo which will be transported on passenger aircraft.

The Technology is contract-specific armed security officer services providing access control and physical security for Federal government facilities. The Technology also includes hiring, vetting, training, and quality control processes specifically for licensing of security officers and firearms.

Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC

The Chicago Cubs provide the Wrigley Field Campus Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Wrigley Field Campus. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball ("MLB") games, other sporting events, and non-event days.
