Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Andy Frain Services, Inc. provides Andy Frain Security Services. The Technology is the provision of trained armed and unarmed security professionals to screen persons and packages and to prevent the introduction of explosives and weapons ("prohibited items") and other contraband into secured facilities and venues. The Technology also includes support services, documentation, etc.

Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC

MKS Instruments, Inc. provides the AIRGARD® Gas Analyzer. The Technology is a self-contained system used for continuous monitoring of ambient air in an enclosed area and, if present, detection of chemical threat agents. The Technology also includes all related hardware and software manuals, as well as the procedures defined therein.

The Technology is a family of barriers and systems designed to fit into the perimeter security installations for sites and facilities. It is used primarily to prevent vehicular intrusion into sensitive or unauthorized areas.

The Technology is a relocatable, non-conventional Walk-Through Metal Detector that screens individuals moving at a walking pace who do not divest their handheld personal items. The Technology is used to detect concealed metal-based weapons to prevent items with risk of harm from being carried into a venue or event. The Technology also includes initial site survey and installation, training and manuals, periodic software updates, support services, and maintenance, with options for systems integration.
