Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. MorphoTrust USA Inc. Approved: September 10, 2018 \| Expires: October 31, 2019 IDEMIA Identity & Security USA LLC, provides Document Authentication (the "Technology"). The Technology is a suite of products that, taken together, allow for the acquisition of information contained in personal identity documents, and for comparison of the acquired information against relevant document databases.

The Technology is an integrated security program composed of physical and electronic security measures, policies and procedures, and personnel, designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism for use exclusively at Met Life Stadium, inclusive of the Stadium and parking lots, during National Football League ("NFL") Game Days, Non-Game Days, and Special Events.
Verint Systems Inc. Approved: September 06, 2018 \| Expires: September 30, 2023 Verint Systems Inc. provides Verint Enterprise-Class Video Management Platform (the "Technology"). The Technology is an IP Video Management Software that simplifies management of large volumes of video and geographically dispersed video surveillance operations. It can simultaneously record video, display incoming live video, play back recorded video, obtain audio, use motion detection, and transfer video and alarm data to long-term storage devices. The Technology includes training materials, user manuals, and the use of third-party system integrators to perform installation and support services.

The Technology encompasses a range of services used to secure air traffic management infrastructure systems, including unmanned aerial systems, against unauthorized activities to support the safe and secure movement of goods and people. The Technology is provided in support of U.S. Government customers.
Equity Office Management, L.L.C. Approved: August 06, 2018 \| Expires: August 31, 2023 Equity Office Management, L.L.C. provides Willis Tower Security and Life Safety Services (the "Technology"). The Technology is a security management program designed to plan for and respond to emergencies, control access to, conduct visual and X-ray screening of packages and parcels entering, and provide for the evacuation of Willis Tower.
