Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Royal Realty Corp. (d/b/a) The Durst Organization

Approved: May 16, 2019 | Expires: June 30, 2022

Royal Realty Corp. (d/b/a) The Durst Organization and One Bryant Park LLC provides the One Bryant Park Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is an integrated security system based on suggested guidelines derived from State and local fire prevention codes and government agency recommendations, and is in compliance with New York Local Law 26. The Technology is comprised of policies and procedures, trained personnel, and physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures, and intended exclusively for use at One Bryant Park (OBP), Manhattan, New York. The Technology further includes the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of employees.


Summit NW Corp.

Approved: May 16, 2019 | Expires: May 31, 2024

Summit NW Corporation provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the "Technology"). The Technology is Certified Cargo Screening Facilities, designed to aid in meeting the congressional mandate that 100 percent of cargo placed on passenger airplanes be screened. The Technology includes, and provides, screeners and programmatic personnel for the screening of cargo in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA")’s Certified Cargo Screening Program at TSA-approved Certified Cargo Screening Facilities.


Patrocinium

Approved: May 03, 2019 | Expires: May 31, 2022

Patrocinium Systems, Inc. provides the Patrocinium Platform (the "Technology"). The Technology is a platform-as-a-service solution, with web-client and mobile application components, for situational awareness and crisis response coordination and management. The Technology is capable of ingesting and displaying data from interfaced security equipment and includes initial setup services, user training, and technical support.


J&J International, LLC

Approved: April 30, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

J&J International, LLC provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the "Technology"). 24/7 Software, Inc. provides 24/7 Software Platform (the "Technology"). The Technology is a web-based system designed to enhance the situational awareness, safety, and security at sporting and entertainment events. The system is a means to digitally record, communicate, monitor, and analyze incidents occurring during events at sports and entertainment venues.


ADVNT Biotechnologies, L.L.C.

Approved: April 17, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

ADVNT Biotechnologies, L.L.C. provides Biowarfare Screening Assays (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of the Biowarfare Agent Detection Devices (BADD™), individual hand-held assays, each of which allows for the detection of a single biothreat agent; and the Pro Strips Rapid Screening System™, a kit that allows for simultaneous screening for the presence of biothreat agents.


The Phillies

Approved: April 12, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

The Phillies provide the Citizens Bank Park Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Citizens Bank Park. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball ("MLB") games, other sporting events, general entertainment events, political events, and non-event days.


The Boeing Company

Approved: March 29, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

The Boeing Company provides the e-Enabled Architecture (the "Technology"). The Technology includes secure networking capabilities that can be deployed in support of commercial aviation applications and operations.


National Fire Protection Association

Approved: March 19, 2019 | Expires: March 31, 2024

The National Fire Protection Association, Inc. ("NFPA") is an American National Standards Institute ("ANSI") Accredited Standards Development Organization that has developed NFPA /American National Standards using the NFPA Codes and Standards Development Process, which meets the requirements of due process and criteria for approval and withdrawal of American National Standards (the "Technology"). The Technology is a set of codes and standards that address anti-terrorism technologies in the areas of personal protective garments, equipment, professional qualifications for first responders, and for preparedness planning for infrastructure and enterprise protection, fire protection systems, and for critical electrical and building systems.


LiveSafe, Inc.

Approved: March 19, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

LiveSafe, Inc. provides LiveSafe (the "Technology"). The Technology is a software platform which enables people to submit security and safety tips to security personnel via a proprietary mobile application (accessed on a smartphone mobile device) and a cloud-based Command Dashboard that allows security personnel to monitor tips and incidents. The Technology also includes the user manual, training materials, implementation process, and maintenance of the platform.
