Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Pacers Basketball, LLC Approved: September 27, 2024 | Expires: September 30, 2027 Pacers Basketball, LLC, and Fieldhouse Management, LLC, provide the Pacers Sports and Entertainment Security Program. The Technology is an integrated system of protective measures designed to detect, deter, and respond to acts of terrorism at the Pacers Sports and Entertainment Campus. The Technology is deployed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during National Basketball Association (NBA) and Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) events, entertainments and businesses events, non-NBA sporting events, and non-event days.
