Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Live Nation Entertainment, INC Approved: August 15, 2024 | Expires: August 31, 2029 Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. provides Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) Venue Security Standards Program. The Technology is a corporate-level security program for LNE venues. The foundation of the Technology is a comprehensive series of formalized security standards comprised of policies and procedures designed to support and ensure consistency across individual venue security programs. The Technology does not include implementation of the LNE Venue Security Standards by individual venues.
